WHAT HAVE WE DONE?
Since 2021, we have been working to enhance accessibility across our digital platforms. Our websites’ pages, mobile applications’ and code are being re-factored in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 (Level A and AA Success Criteria). To make our content available to all visitors with a wide range of disabilities, we follow guidelines issued by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to improve our accessibility features.
HOW ARE WE TESTING?
While we’re working to make sure our websites and mobile applications are as accessible as possible and meet WCAG 2.1 guidelines, our content may not always pass all available online validation tools. Our approach is to test our websites using the automated Axe DevTools and manual review methods such as VoiceOver and Keyboard navigation. We document any found issues and prioritize them according to overall impact and level of effort to fix. Issues that greatly affect the website experience for those with disabilities are immediately addressed.
HOW ARE WE DOING?
While we’ve made substantial progress toward meeting ADA/WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, some design refinements are still underway and are expected to be resolved in upcoming development cycles.
HOW OFTEN ARE WE TESTING?
Using the mentioned tools (Axe DevTools, VoiceOver and Keyboard navigation), we will scan our websites twice a year. The scans will measure our performance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards and find any accessibility issues that may have a potential impact on those with disabilities.
We will make every reasonable and commercially feasible effort to address identified issues within six (6) months of detection.
