    Each week you can choose from 40+ recipes, including family friendly, vegetarian, vegan, fast, healthy and reduced-carb options. Your taste profile suggests recipes, but you can swap them in your account up to 7 days before your next delivery.

  • How long will my ingredients stay fresh?

    We fill your boxes with insulation and ice packs to keep your ingredients chilled and fresh during their journey to your doorstep. When stored correctly, vegetables will stay fresh for a minimum of 4 days. We recommend eating or freezing fish within 2 days, and meat within 3 days.

  • Can I skip, pause, or cancel a delivery?

    Yes! Our flexible subscription allows you to edit, pause, or cancel your boxes at any time via your Orders page. Any changes made will take effect on all future orders that have not yet been shipped. We send you an email reminder every week before your cutoff date, so you'll never miss a beat.

  • How does payment work?

    When you sign up, you will input your payment details, which will be applied to your first and all future orders. (You can update these details at any time!) We are a flexible subscription, which means you'll be auto-billed for each week's order unless you skip, pause or cancel your subscription.

  • Where does Dinnerly deliver?
