About Dinnerly:

  • Is Dinnerly a subscription service?
    It is! But we get that you may not want to cook every week, so our service is completely flexible. You can skip any week that doesn’t work for you, or pause your subscription anytime. You can also change the number of portions you’d like to cook.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    We have two box sizes to choose from: our two-person box, which serves 2 hungry people 3 times a week, and our family box, which serves 4 hungry people 3 times a week.
  • Do you do breakfasts, lunches and desserts?
    Not at the moment, but we may in the future!
  • How can I contact Customer Service?

  • I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
    Easy—just click “Login” on our homepage and then select “forgot password?” and we’ll send you a link to reset your password via email.
  • How can I change my order?
    Just head to "My Account" to edit your order. Depending upon your region, you have up to 5 or 6 days before your delivery day to make changes. You can always see how many days you have left to edit your order by logging into your account.

Recipes and ingredients:

  • Where do you source your ingredients from?
    Only the best! We work with folks we trust so you’re always cooking with the freshest fruits and veggies, plus proteins like grass-fed ground beef, antibiotic-free chicken, American-caught shrimp, and more.
  • Do you offer vegetarian dishes?
    We do, but at the moment not every week.
  • How long will the ingredients stay fresh after delivery?
    Everything will be chilling in a cold box when it arrives at your door. Meat, fish, and dairy products can hang in your fridge for up to 4 days.
  • When and how can I see the recipes for the following week?
    Click on “Current Recipes” to check out what’s cooking.
  • Do I need ingredients in addition to the goods delivered?
    Yes, you'll need some basics like oil and salt. We let you know what you'll need before you order, and we'll send you a reminder of what to have on hand with your shipping confirmation.


  • Where does Dinnerly deliver?
    We currently ship to most of California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Texas, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Georgia, Colorado, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, New York, Maryland, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, D.C., and Florida!
  • When are the boxes delivered?
    Delivery days and times depend on your location. To see which days are available in your area, click on “Sign up” at the top of this page, select a plan, and enter your zip code and email address.
  • How are the ingredients kept fresh during transit?
    We use ice packs and insulated liners to keep contents cool and guarantee optimal freshness.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    Yes, shipping is $8.99. We work hard to keep prices low so you can eat great at home for less.

Membership and boxes

  • What boxes do you offer?
    We currently offer two options: a 2-person box that feeds a household of two adults, and a family box that feeds 4 hungry people. Both plans include 3 recipes per week.
  • What is the difference between the two boxes?
    The 2-person box is ideal for 2 adults. The family box is ideal for a household of 4.
  • Can I switch boxes?
    Definitely! Head to “My Account” to edit your order. Depending upon where you live, you have up to 5 or 6 days before your delivery day to change the number of portions in your box, skip the order entirely, or update your delivery preferences.
  • What is a flexible subscription?
    This means you decide which weeks to receive Dinnerly deliveries, and you only pay for what you receive. Visit your account area to switch weeks on and off. You can plan up to two months in advance!
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can easily do so in your account area under "My settings", but we'll be sad to see you go.
