Is Dinnerly a subscription service?
It is! But we get that you may not want to cook every week, so our service is completely flexible. You can skip any week that doesn’t work for you, or pause your subscription anytime. You can also change the number of portions you’d like to cook.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We have a number of plans to choose from: our two-person box, which serves 2 hungry people 3, 4 or 5 times a week, and our family box, which serves 4 hungry people 3, 4 or 5 times a week.
Do you do breakfasts, lunches and desserts?
Yes...ish. These recipes aren't available every week, but we offer brunch and desserts during special occasions - for example: Easter, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving, among others.
Can I still order if I have a specific food allergy (e.g. gluten, dairy, nuts)?
We do offer recipes that are adjusted to certain allergens, but at this point we do not offer a full menu fitting to specific allergies or diets.
We list all ingredients and allergens in our recipes. These can be viewed by clicking on the recipes here: https://dinnerly.com/menu. You can also see this information when you are selecting your recipes in your own account, so you always know which recipes work for you.
Please note however that all our recipes and ingredients go through the same facility and production process. Even though we continuously do our very best to avoid any cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee against it. Additionally, as we work with produce that can easily change in supply and demand, we sometimes need to replace ingredients at the last minute. In regards to these changes, we reach out to you beforehand by email.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Easy—just click “Login” on our homepage and then select “forgot password?” and we’ll send you a link to reset your password via email.
How can I change my order?
Sure! Just log into your account to edit your order. Depending upon your region, you have up to 6 or 7 days before your delivery day to make changes.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
Only the best! We work with folks we trust so you’re always cooking with the freshest fruits and veggies and highest quality proteins.
Do you offer vegetarian dishes?
Yes, we offer vegetarian options.
How long will the ingredients stay fresh after delivery?
Everything will be chilling in a cold box when it arrives at your door. To enjoy your ingredients at their best, we recommend starting your weekly cooking adventures with seafood dishes devoured within 1-2 days, followed by ground meat and chicken within 2-3 days, and other meat and veggie dishes within 3-5 days.

Do I need ingredients in addition to the goods delivered?
Yes, you'll need some basics like oil and salt. We let you know what you'll need before you order, and we'll send you a reminder of what to have on hand with your shipping confirmation.
What boxes do you offer?
We currently offer a 2-person box that feeds a household of two adults, and a family box that feeds 4 hungry people. Both plans include 3, 4 or 5 recipes per week. You can swap your recipes out after checkout.
What is the difference between the two boxes?
The 2-person box is ideal for 2 adults. The family box is ideal for a household of 4.
Can I switch boxes?
Definitely! Head into your account to edit your order. Depending upon where you live, you have up to 5 or 6 days before your delivery day to change the number of portions in your box, skip the order entirely, or update your delivery preferences.
What is a flexible subscription?
This means you decide which weeks to receive Dinnerly deliveries, and you only pay for what you receive. Visit your account area to switch weeks on and off. You can plan up to two months in advance!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily do so in your account area under "My settings", but we'll be sad to see you go.
